Social Commitment

We take responsibility - even beyond our core business. We are involved nationally at the locations of our national companies, locally at the locations of our markets and at our company headquarters in Ingolstadt. In doing so, we focus on socially relevant topics where we can contribute to offering people a life full of opportunities with our products and approaches. 

The main fields and projects in which we are involved are:

Digital inclusion

Digital education and access to digital infrastructure are key to participation in our digital world - at work and in everyday life. That is why we are committed to making digital developments accessible to as many people as possible.

Local social commitment

Our stores are rooted locally. Our store managers decide independently which organisations and projects they support with financial or technical donations at their location. This has resulted in long-term partnerships, and help can be provided unbureaucratically in emergency situations.

Emergency assistance

International crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine or the earthquake in Turkey and Syria require rapid and practical support. In such situations, we make a quick and practical contribution to emergency aid with our products.

Commitment at our company headquarters

Ingolstadt is our home we want to contribute to making it a place worth living in. That is why we support sporting, cultural and social life in partnerships that have grown over many years. This includes our commitment to ERC Ingolstadt as well as our traditional employee donations: Every year, colleagues donate tens of thousands of euros to charitable organisations in the region - which are doubled by our company.
