Our Sustainability Strategy
Our ambition is clear - together with our parent company CECONOMY, we want to play a leading role in shaping more sustainable business practices. To achieve this, we are focussing on two levers: how we work operationally and how we enable our customers to use consumer electronics more sustainably.

We have set ourselves ambitious climate targets, validated by the Science Based Target Initiative, to reduce our direct and indirect CO2 emissions. By continuously improving our energy requirements, CO2-optimised logistics and, above all, a wider range of energy-efficient products and correspondingly increasing demands on our suppliers, we enable our customers to consume consumer electronics in a climate-conscious way. - "We want to offer the most sustainable range of consumer electronics products and be a pioneer in the circular economy in Europe."
We offer energy-efficient and resource-saving product alternatives as well as remanufactured appliances. Our service offerings, such as repairs or purchases, conserve resources by making products attractive and usable for customers for longer or making them available for second or third use. - "We want to assume social responsibility for our employees, suppliers and society."
Social responsibility towards our employees, partners along the supply chain and the society we affect is the basis for our business activities. This includes fairness, transparency and diversity.
We have our strategy with clearly defined measures in the areas of climate protection, more sustainable products and resource-conserving services. At the same time, we are committed to diversity, society and the rights of employees - our own and those of our suppliers. Our commitment is underpinned by our involvement in initiatives such as the European Commission’s Sustainable Consumption Pledge.
