MediaMarkt and Saturn


The best offer for everyone: Since the beginning of 2023, the two sales brands MediaMarkt and Saturn have been presenting themselves under a joint appearance to create an even better shopping experience. The sales channels as well as the external appearance will be successively synchronized to offer customers numerous advantages. Under the new claim "Let's go!" the first joint brand campaign will be launched under the motto "We create Experience Electronics to enrich people’s life”.

The even closer integration of the two brands strengthens the focus on customers and at the same time offers an improved shopping experience. Thanks to the joint appearance, customers can now access products and services of both brands, completely independent of the MediaMarkt or Saturn brand. The customer journey can be started from anywhere and now also be continued at the respective other brand, be it in the stores or online.

Through the repositioning with joint marketing campaigns, MediaMarktSaturn offers customers even more attractive promotions and offers. A joint benefits programme is also planned, in which points can be collected and redeemed across all brands. Shopping vouchers will be redeemable at both MediaMarkt and Saturn in the foreseeable future, and even more pick-up locations will be available, as customers will be able to choose both the nearest MediaMarkt and Saturn.
